We're a fast-growing ecommerce company focused on one thing: building assets that generate revenue.
We're looking for an Ecommerce Conversion Designer who understands that great design isn't measured by awards—it's measured by conversion rate, average order value, customer engagement, and revenue.
This is not a traditional graphic design position.
We're looking for someone who thinks like a marketer first and designer second.
You should understand why people buy, how attention flows through a page, and how design influences purchasing decisions.
If your portfolio is filled with beautiful designs but you can't explain why they convert, this role probably isn't the right fit.
Your primary responsibility will be transforming marketing ideas, offers, and copy into high-converting ecommerce experiences.
Design high-converting:
Ecommerce sales pages
Landing pages
Product pages
Sales funnels
Upsell pages
Checkout experiences
You'll work closely with our marketing team to turn strategies into pages that maximize conversions—not just look good.
We're looking for someone who understands the psychology behind high-performing pages, including:
Offer positioning
Consumer psychology
Buyer behavior
Information hierarchy
Visual storytelling
User attention flow
Call-to-action placement
Trust-building elements
Social proof
Objection handling
Scarcity and urgency
Mobile-first design
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
You should be able to explain why every section exists—not simply what it looks like.
Design ecommerce websites that prioritize conversions over aesthetics.
This includes:
Homepages
Collection pages
Product page layouts
Navigation improvements
Mobile-first experiences
UX improvements
Conversion-focused page structures
Design high-converting ecommerce emails including:
Promotional campaigns
Product launches
Welcome flows
Cart abandonment emails
Post-purchase emails
Product announcements
Every email should be designed with the goal of increasing clicks, conversions, and revenue.
You'll also create supporting assets such as:
Marketing graphics
Product imagery
Icons
Banners
Lifestyle composites
Mockups
Infographics
Supporting visuals
Every design should serve a marketing purpose.
Strong experience with:
Figma (preferred)
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Nice to have:
Canva
Framer
Webflow
Elementor
Coding is not required because we already have a developer.
However, understanding HTML/CSS or page builders is a significant advantage.
Experience with any of the following is a strong advantage:
Omnisend Email platform
Woocommerce (Elementor)
