UI/UX & Product Design

About The Role:

We are looking for ONE designer with both UI/UX and Product design skills to help us design our web pages. This role is a PROJECT-BASED position and has potential for a full-time position.

I find that people with great product sense tend to draw from a much broader solution-space when deciding how to solve problems. People with poor product sense tend to look for playbooks: If I see X I do Y then Z. This worked for us at other company. People with great product sense tend to be first-principles thinkers and will draw from a wider range of sources for inspiration.

What You’ll Do:

• Set the design direction and design remaining web pages.

• Lead product design for our customers.

Must Haves:

• Design good product and especially an DESIGN....

• Can easily communicate and iterate fast.

• High emotional intelligence (EQ), you’re aware of yourself and others.

• A driven and proactive self-starter.

Compensation: $1500 - $3000
