The Role:
Contract: 20hr/week (October), scaling to 10hr/week ongoing
$70-80/hour based on experience

You'll Design:
Graceful onboarding flows
Daily micro-commitment interfaces
Our signature "e;comeback moment"e; experience
Faith Health Dashboard (growth without grades)
Group coordination with privacy-first design
Sunday Sabbath Mode (when metrics pause)
We're Looking For:
3+ years product design experience
Strong mobile app portfolio (required)
Wellness/mindfulness app experience (huge plus)
Figma expertise and design system skills
Someone who believes interfaces should respect emotional states
